Who we are
Stellenticket stands for high performance software at universities. We excel with state-of-the-art technology and intelligent design in optimal alignment with user requirements.
As a spin-off from the Technische Universität Berlin, our origins lie in the higher education sector. Our software is aimed primarily at universities.
We are entirely self-financed, there are no investors and no venture capital. We have grown organically since our founding in 2009. Our team currently consists of 13 employees. Since 2020, we have been working predominantly from home. Initially intended as a temporary solution, returning to conventional in-office work is no longer an option for us.

Our products
With our employment websites, we raised the bar for university job boards. We continue to apply the same principle with our customised campus management software Congeno.
Thanks to our focus on universities, we are able to adapt our products perfectly to the needs of a clear target group.
Our modern and user-friendly employment websites are always based on state-of-the-art technology and seamlessly integrated into the websites of our partners. Through daily routine checks, we ensure that the published job offers are a good match to the university's profile.

We have always attached particular importance to close collaboration with our university partners. This is reflected in our software products: they are highly flexible and optimally tailored to the needs of universities.
Our partners receive the opportunity to provide substantial input during the in-house development of our products. This allows our software to be continuously refined and enhanced, even after launch.
Special attention is paid to data protection for all products. Our aim is to collect as little data as possible. Our products are GDPR-compliant and data traffic is encrypted. Data is only stored for a specific purpose, on secure servers in Germany, and not resold.

Our Commitment to the Deutschlandstipendium

Transition to electronic invoices
We have updated our booking system to comply with the legal requirements for the use of electronic invoices, which came into effect on January 1, 2025.
From now on, we will be issuing our invoices in the ZUGFeRD format. This format combines the traditional PDF presentation with a machine-readable XML file that meets all the legal requirements for electronic invoices. This gives you the flexibility to either continue processing our invoices manually as before or seamlessly integrate them into your digital accounting processes.
