Working field:

  • collaboration in the "UniSwapHD" research project to standardize the interface between vehicle an d
    swappable traction battery for heavy duty electric commercial vehicles
  • target vehicle analysis and measurement
  • participation in the design and development of an optimized battery swap ping system
  • participation in the conception and development of a gateway system for cross model and cross
    manufacturer communication between swap pable battery and vehicle
  • participation in the development of a standardization concept
  • practical realization and testing on heavy duty electric commercial vehicles, including regular
    assignments in a n experimental battery swap ping station south of Berlin
  • processing and evaluation of vehicle and fleet data
  • support in project management and scientific publications

Requirements:

  • s uccessfully completed university degree in engineering (Master, Diplom or equivalent)
  • advanced knowledge of Matlab/Simulink is required
  • willingness to work at the test station near Lübbenau, south of Berlin is required
  • good knowledge of German and/or English required; willingness to acquire the missing language skills
  • independent, meticulous and reliable way of working required
  • driv i n g license EU class B
  • knowledge of CAD is desirable
  • knowledge of heavy duty , electric commercial vehicles and battery swapping systems is advantageous
  • experience in programming SCADA / HMI systems is advantageous
  • experience in the creation of system concepts is advantageous
  • driving license for EU class es C and CE is advantageous
